The "Global Warming" scam has nothing to reducing carbon dioxide; it is about government control and raising taxes. They have no plans to reduce carbon dioxide, they will just tax you for releasing the stuff and/or make you move industrial plants to third world countries. There has been no reduction of carbon dioxide emissions in the EU countries of Western Europe-despite all the claims they have made.
